Bring The Art Princess to you for a fun, hands-on, instructor-led art experience! Private classes are available for individuals, families, private groups, celebrations, community organizations, schools, churches, corporate events, and special occasions throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas.
Whether you want to learn a new creative skill, host a girls’ night, celebrate a birthday, plan a family activity, or provide an engaging experience for your organization, each class is designed to be creative, welcoming, and beginner-friendly.
Pricing
$150 Minimum Booking
A $150 minimum payment is required to reserve your date. This amount is applied toward your total class cost and is not an additional fee on top of your service.
Standard Rate — $35 Per Person
Private art classes are $35 per person, with a $150 minimum booking requirement.
Final pricing may vary based on the number of participants, location, project selection, materials, class length, and event requirements.
Groups of 25+
Groups of 25 or more participants require custom pricing. Additional fees may apply based on group size, materials, staffing, setup, cleanup, and event coordination.
Corporate Classes
Corporate art classes require custom pricing and may include an additional corporate event fee based on the number of participants, location, project, staffing, and event requirements.
Kids’ Art Classes
Children’s art classes may include an additional fee depending on the children’s ages, number of participants, project complexity, materials, supervision needs, and event requirements.
Travel
Private classes are available throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas.
A travel fee may apply for locations outside the standard service area. Travel fees are based on distance, travel time, parking, tolls, and other transportation-related expenses.
Custom Projects
Custom paintings, specialty projects, specific themes, specialty materials, custom color palettes, or extended class times may require an additional fee.

Clients are responsible for providing a suitable workspace unless otherwise arranged.
Booking & Payment
A $150 minimum payment is required to reserve your date and time.
Your date is not officially booked until the required payment has been received.
The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the scheduled class.
If payment is not received by the required deadline, your booking may be canceled and your date may be released to another client.
Final pricing will be confirmed before your booking is approved.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Because supplies and preparation may be purchased specifically for your event, the $150 booking payment is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please contact The Art Princess as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled class may result in the remaining balance becoming due.
If The Art Princess must cancel due to an emergency or circumstances outside of our control, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund of payments made toward the canceled service.
Participant Minimum
The $150 minimum booking requirement applies regardless of the number of participants.
For smaller groups, the total cost will remain at least $150.
For larger groups, the standard rate is $35 per person unless custom pricing applies.
Materials & Project Selection
Projects are selected based on the class type, age group, skill level, event theme, and available materials.
Custom projects or specialty materials may require an additional fee.
If you have a specific painting, theme, color palette, or creative idea in mind, please include those details when submitting your booking request.
Setup & Cleanup
Standard setup and cleanup are included when applicable.
Additional setup, breakdown, furniture movement, extensive cleanup, or special venue requirements may result in an additional fee.
Clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate workspace unless additional arrangements have been made.
Children & Minors
For children’s classes, a parent, guardian, teacher, counselor, or other designated responsible adult must remain responsible for the children unless a separate supervision arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
The Art Princess provides art instruction and creative programming, not general childcare or supervision, unless childcare services have been separately booked and agreed upon.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing a safe and appropriate workspace
Providing access to the location at the agreed-upon arrival time
Providing accurate participant counts
Informing The Art Princess of venue restrictions
Ensuring participants follow reasonable safety instructions
Communicating allergies, sensitivities, accessibility needs, or other special considerations before the event
Providing any tables, chairs, or other venue-specific items that were not included in the booking
Changes to the participant count, location, project, or event requirements may result in an updated price.
Photos & Promotional Content
The Art Princess may photograph or record artwork, materials, event setups, or portions of the class experience for promotional purposes.
Identifiable images of children will not be used for promotional purposes without appropriate parental or guardian permission.
If you or your guests do not wish to be photographed or featured in promotional content, please notify The Art Princess before the event.
